James is a dynamic data-driven leader in the development industry with over 23 years of experience managing the delivery of large highly nuanced projects in some of the most uncompromising environments. His perspective and approach to project delivery is guided by his civil engineering training, general contractor upbringing, and luxury hospitality development experience. Marquee projects that have shaped James’ career are the $1.6B Pentagon Renovation, $2.3B Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, $1.1B Crown Perth Redevelopment, $2B Alon Las Vegas, and the $400M UnCommons mixed-use development. James is also an inventor of machine-learning construction budgeting technology, US Patent No 10,311,529.
Karina Ashworth

Karina brings over 25 years of international experience in integrated resort design and development. Working alongside Roger Thomas, Karina led the execution of acclaimed interior design for signature Wynn Resorts developments in Las Vegas, Macau, and Boston. Beyond her significant contributions to the Wynn organization, Karina has also led design management at Fontainebleau, Las Vegas Sands, Resorts World and the UnCommons mixed-use development. Karina possesses diverse leadership experience and design skills that make her impressively adept at bringing a project to life.
David Kim
Director of Development
With a degree from MIT, David utilizes his 20+ years of experience in development and construction management to pioneer comprehensive delivery solutions. Among his roles at the $8.5B MGM Mirage CityCenter Las Vegas, the most expensive privately funded project in US history, he led preconstruction for branded hotels and delivery of whole ownership residential to meet the highest quality standards of the industry. David currently Co-Chairs the Las Vegas AIA Affordable Housing Committee.

Brieann brings over 12 years of experience ensuring high operating performance for complex design and development projects. Her unique craft is the ability to synthesize the evolving needs of executive stakeholders while clearing a path for diverse project teams to execute their work efficiently. Brieann has developed exceptional professionalism, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of orchestrating successful projects while serving a central role for fast-paced industry leaders such as Westfield and Wilson & Associates.
